All good & restful with close access to amenities.
8.0Breakfast was good, could do with some jam / marmalade. Plentiful supply of eggs
− Some gravel or similar for access car to verandah. Was wet so had to be careful on wet grass and car parking spot.

10.0Beautiful old cottage. Very original Position to town was exceptional. Opposite parkland.
− Nothing
A quiet & relaxed vintage cottage.
10.0It was a unique cottage, full of history, displays its vintage, yet still charming. Thank you for providing the eggs, milk & bread & a stocked pantry.

10.0It’s setting, quality of renovations and history
Very comfortable, centrally located property with an easy walk to the main street.
8.0Hosts left a generous quantity of basic food for breakfast in the fridge with a lovely welcome note.
− Flyscreens on bedroom windows and front door would be a great improvement to indoor air quality.
Loved it. We have family in Tenterfield so we will definitely be back soon.
8.0Quaint with furniture that suited the Cottage feel. Wonderful history information and the location is perfect. The beds were super comfortable. The appliances were all modern and of a good quality. The champagne in the fridge was a nice touch as well. Garden furniture under the tree was a nice touch. The weather was hot during our stay so sitting under the tree was great.
− Whilst we understand that the owners want to keep the original look and feel of the cottage some screens on some windows would be great, especially in summer. The key would open the rear door to the washing line. Maybe some outdoor furniture on the veranda would be goodIn the kitchen a blind is definitely needed as the afternoon sun shine directly in onto the fridge. The grande s need work. Getting the gardens done would definitely add to the cottage feel. I would resign then with weed mat. Look for cottage garden plants especially ground covers that will spread quickly, but take the frost in winter. Local natives would work. Hope these comments help, we run our own BnB here in qld so these are things we would do if we were the owners. Loved the place and Tenterfield in general.
