− Full of drug addicts. Disgusting rooms and completely unsafe. Customer service is terrible. Still waiting for my refund as refused to stay
Absolutely the worst hotel in the country
1.0I never stayed because when I payed for it they had some hidden information there quick enough to take your money but once you have paid then the send you a message saying they want all credit card details including the last 3 digits just incase there is any damage. Even tho I looked through a room window an it looks like a bomb had gone off I did cancel an even tho I had just paid £46 they wanted a £45 cancellation fee on top
− As I said above they take your money an then send you a self check in message an before you get your room code they say they want full credit card details including security 3 digits incase people damage a there room. Even tho I looked through a window an there already wrecked. An there are drug users stating there. The rooms are disgusting the reception area is disgusting there was an Indian women who never spoke a word of English the contact numbers were not working an i seen bugs all over. Do not be scammed by this hotel
