9.0The location, view and everything was provided at the property. We were 2 families (2 Adults and 1 teen, 3 Adults and 2 young children) all fit comfortably in the house.
− We understand it can get cold in Marysville, due to the house mainly with carpet there's a slight musky smell. I think the windows and doors may need to be opened from time to time or have some air fresheners in the living and 3 main bedrooms.

− Very old kitchen appliances. No air-conditioning in two of the rooms.
