10.0Tuve una muy buena experiencia. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomiendo y al que volvería en una próxima visita.
− Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal contar con almohadas más suaves. Solicité si era posible cambiar un par, pero no había otra opción disponible. Aun así, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y me ayudó facilitándome una cobija más acolchada, que pude usar como almohada. Agradezco mucho la disposición que tuvieron para ayudarme. :)

− Se oye completamente todo, sientes todo lo que pasa, no se puede dormir, el aire estaba dañado con un ruido tenaz, no es un lugar si quieres descansar.

− La camera é poco insonorizzata e la finestra inutilizzabile perché si affaccia sulla scala che porta al terrazzo.
