Nice place with high potential.
8.0The house is silent, far from street, , with a nice private garden. Kitchen very well equipped and with necessary "items" for cooking (salt, peper, oil, cofee, tea, sugar, ...) The rooms are big as in the photos The bathroom is nice The backyard is very nice
− The hot water is random ( not working every time you open the tap, but retrying you can succeed) A lot of garbage bags (6+) near the door. Why not put them in the street for pick up ?
