10.0La casa es muy linda, con detalles de calidad, muy confortable. Ubicada en un lugar de mucha naturaleza, rodeada de árboles y a un paso de la playa. Todo funciona muy bien. Nos recibieron con muchos detalles, como café, leche, agua y dulces para el desayuno.
− Sólo me pareció algo excesivo el valor de sábanas y toallas por persona.
Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
9.0die Lage, die Ruhe, die Dachterrasse, der Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, die Ausstattung des Hauses Mittlerweile steht noch ein Schuppen neben der Außendusche und die Hecke ist auch gewachsen, sodass zum Nebenhaus ein Sichtschutz entstand. Ein Schirm für den Strand ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
− Der Austausch des defekten Wasserkochers hat 4 Tage gedauert, auch die defekten Fliegenvorhänge, die man wegen der Mücken unbedingt braucht, wurden bis zur Abreise nicht getauscht. Wir haben uns selbst mit Mückenspray, Mückenstecker und Mückenkerzen eingedeckt. Denn die Mücken waren sehr stechfreudig. Die Kissen in dem Außenpavillon waren zerschlissen und deshalb nicht sehr einladend.

− The outdoors facilities weren't cleaned upon arrival, and a large portion of it wasn't usable being infected by wasp (hive) and ants. Despite informing both owner and the lady in charge Monica, nobody came or did even try to address the issue. The lack of amenities: for 300euros per night I do expect to have sponge or toilet papers etc.. .

− Rapporto qualità-prezzo estremamente deludente. Ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di €60 per le lenzuola, per un soggiorno di sole due notti. Tenendo conto al prezzo di oltre €300 a notte mi sembrava il minimo avere le lenzuola (prezzo nell'annuncio non specificato). Chiaramente uno scam per prendere piú soldi. Inoltre la qualità di lenzuola e asciugamani forniti a pagamento era scarsa, con alcuni articoli macchiati. Ci sono state date istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, ma senza alcun sacchetto fornito. Le forniture di base come carta igienica e bagnoschiuma erano praticamente assenti. Per questi prezzi, è la prima volta che ho avuto la sensazione che fosse l’host a farmi un favore, e non il contrario. Extremely disappointing value for money. We were charged an extra €60 for bed sheets for just a two-night stay. Considering the rate was over €300 per night, having bed sheets included seemed like the bare minimum (this cost was not mentioned in the listing). It clearly felt like a scam to squeeze more money out of guests. On top of that, the quality of the sheets and towels provided (for a fee) was poor, with some items stained. We were given instructions to separate the rubbish, but no garbage bags were provided. Basic supplies like toilet paper and shower gel were almost nonexistent. For this price range, it’s the first time I felt like the host was doing me a favor, not the other way around.
