Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο, φωτεινό, ευάερο, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Ήσυχο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πεντακάθαρο. Έξτρα μπόνους η πανέμορφη αυλίτσα με τη λεμονιά στο πίσω μέρος.

Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι με θέα που με σωστή διαχείριση θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει τέλεια βάση διακοπών.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο και λειτουργικό. Έχει υπέροχη θέα και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα μία οικογένεια. Με λίγη προσπάθεια θα μπορούσε να γίνει υπέροχο κατάλυμα.

− Δεν ήταν όσο καθαρό θα θέλαμε. Δεν είχε guest amenities. Υπήρχαν κάτι "ξεχασμένα" αφρόλουτρα. Η καφετιέρα δεν ήταν κατάλληλη για χρήση. Βρήκαμε πράγματα προηγούμενων ενοικιαστών (ανοιχτά σαπουνάκια, σκουπίδια στην σκουπιδοσακούλα κλπ)

This is a very comfortable place to stay that is conveniently located and easy to access.

The apartment is located near everything and it is just outside of the nightly road closure (from 9pm to 1:30am). That allowed me to leave my car in front without worrying about moving it for the closure. If you’re not familiar with the road closure, it’s one of my favorite things about Neapoli. They close the main road every night from the bridge to the road on this apartment. Everyone can just walk through the street and enjoy the restaurants and area. There was plenty of space in the apartment for our family of 4. The bedroom had a ton of storage space. Everything seemed well kept and fairly new. The bedroom and living room both had their own AC units. This was a huge plus because I like it very cool inside. This was our first stay not in a hotel without all of the amenities of a hotel. There were plenty of dishes and utensils to use and they host provided a coffee machine and the supplies for it.

− The shower was small for my size (6’4” and 280lbs) which made showering a chore. This is a privately owned apartment, which it is probably a common size in a private home versus a hotel. That being said, my wife and kids had absolutely no issues with it though.

Great apartment with all the amenities just a bit overpriced since the location
