10.0Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! This was our very first time in Tuzla, and we spent four perfect nights here. The communication beforehand was incredibly smooth and everyone was super polite. Even though we had a very late arrival, it was no problem at all; we were warmly welcomed in the middle of the night by the host's brother, Mirza, who showed us to the apartment. Everything was so friendly and uncomplicated. When we entered the apartment, we immediately noticed how clean it was and how amazing it smelled. The amenities completely exceeded our expectations – everything you could possibly need was there, from a shoehorn, iron and ironing board to shower gel and hand cream. The location is incredibly central and perfectly situated. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, Nedim was reachable at any time and helped us immediately. I have honestly never been this thrilled with an accommodation before. From the initial booking to the final check-out, I was completely delighted. We would book it again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!
