10.0The facilities were modern, well equiped and clean with consistent hot showers and good water pressure. The beds and decor are comfortable and tasteful. The rooms I stayed in had Aircon and also safes to place items in them or you can leave items / bags with staff behind the counter. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They were more that happy to help with any request from a guest. They have a buffet breakfast if you feel like it and provide courtesy transport to the airport when leaving. The place is very safe and secure with a doorman at the front 24/7. They can also provide assistance when planning activities and the hotel always has someone at reception night and day. Located in a good part of Thamel for tourists to explore, shop or eat.
− Some rooms, don't have a bar fridge, but its not a deal breaker and I think this will change over time.
