Loved our time here! Great house for a group of people!
8.0We really enjoyed our stay here! Fabulous pub a 3 minute walk away serving amazing fish and chips! Hebden Bridge is a lovely place! We walked the canal there which was lovely! Great food in Fratellis too!
− Grass needed cutting! No mirror on wall in downstairs bedroom! No lamps in the lounge and the main light was bright!
Home from home
10.0Very modern, Homely. Spacious! Family friendly.
Lovely quiet, clean house in a great location perfect for families or couples sharing.
9.0This was the 2nd time we stayed at Theiveley Pike View. The house suits us as it has a downstairs en suite bedroom ideal for my husband and I plus 3 bedrooms & bathroom upstairs for everyone else. We love the large kitchen/dinner with enough room for everyone at the table and the secure garden for the dog. Also we love Worsthorne village with its pubs and village shop.
− Both times we have stayed at this property we have found the oven shelf/tray to be very greasy and dirty and had to clean it before we could use the grill. Also the main ceiling light in the downstairs bedroom didn't work so we had to just use the lamps which was not ideal for me.
Holiday in the north west
10.0The property was very well thought out with everything we needed. The property was also very clean.
− It would have been useful to have some cleaning materials for the toilets to use during our stay.
A great place to stay perfect to explore Lancashire & Yorkshire
9.0It was a family trip back to visit relatives the accommodation was perfect as it had a ground floor room for our 100 year old mother and 3 comfortable bedrooms for the rest of the party
− The only thing that would improve the property are some lamps in the lounge , overhead lights are a bit bright for TV watching and mattresses on the soft side
It suited what we needed for our weekend.
8.0Heating was good. Cleanliness very good.
− No towel in downstairs toilet. Update info in folder. -1)network is just BT-…. Not BTO…. 2) The back door keys were not in the key press, but in the doors. Some shower gel would have been appreciated. Nowhere in downstairs shower to put gel/ shampoo except on the floor. Rails to hang clothes upstairs, but no hangers to speak of! Downstairs bedroom needed a couple of hooks to hang clothes as no wardrobe. Nice garden, but nothing to sit on - have to take dining furniture outside. A simple little welcome pack such as teabags and milk sachets and a few biscuits would be nice after a 7 hour journey to get there! Would have liked a mattress protector.
