The villa was lovely, comfortable beds and the pool was one of the best we have ever had in a villa. Nice touch with the jacuzzi end to sit and relax.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and ironing facilities, and a barbecue, to a wonderful outdoor seating area and private pool. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the entire property was spotless. What made this place truly special was its peaceful location. The drive through the village to the villa adds to the experience, and once you arrive, you’re surrounded by nature with beautiful sea views, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. A special thank you to Lina and Mike for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

Villa all’altezza delle aspettative, forse anche più bella di quanto appaia in foto. Appartata ma vicinissima al mare e a tante taverne sul mare, peccato la strada per arrivare sia molto greca! Lina è stata sempre gentilissima e solerte nelle risposte, ha anche trovato una vicina palestra per noi. La casa gode di tutti i comfort , dalle zanzariere a Netflix, la zona esterna non ha bisogno di descrizioni. Non essendoci foto a lasciarlo intendere, specifico che è possibile godere di un tramonto meraviglioso dalla piscina (che ha acqua piacevolmente tiepida) .

Lovely holiday home for family vacation

The property sits on a large plot of land above Avythos Beach and is private and peaceful. The views are great. The villa is new built, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property is located close to restaurants, supermarket, petrol station and several of the nicest beaches in South Kefalonia. The sun loungers by the pool were very plush. The water pressure was good and hot water was available on demand. Check in was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The rooms and bathrooms had good storage facilities. There were both A/C and ceiling fans available. Our host was very attentive and accommodating. Overall it was a very good option for our 2 week holiday and we would happily return.

− Although phone reception was good, the WiFi and 5G were not very good, but my understanding is that the problem is throughout the island.
