3.0− Staff were much less friendly and helpful than other hotels in Malaysia. Cleanliness was sub-par, particularly in the stair wells which were like giant ash trays. Breakfast was also sub par. Expensive for what it was. Note pool and gym are in a different building, not the hotel itself.
I paid a lot of money for an unsatisfactory stay. Such a shame for a good brand in Sarawak.
5.0Impressive looking for Sibu from the outside. General cleanliness and reception staff were warm and welcoming, and the concierge service. Laundry service had an exceptionally quick turnaround.
− I was bitten to death by bedbugs so badly I had to sleep on top of bed with trousers and socks on. One day my room was not made up, I had no sign to use to request clean, and I had to call housekeeping only to see very unhappy looking cleaning staff with long faces at the door . The WiFi was slow too.
