The apartment is spacious, quite tidy, the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many closets, cabinets, the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything is fairly new, we lived with a family of four, it was comfortable. The building is safe, newly built, nice pool area, there were always parking spaces both in front and in the underground parking. The terrace is just perfect! Its size, the view of the sea - a real gift!

− But the cleanliness in general is lacking, the sofa is dirty, so we put bedspread on it to sit on, because it is unpleasant. There is a lot of dust on the edges of the beds. When we arrived, the lock on the balcony window did not work (it was broken), so we did not feel very safe when the house is not locked. The light in one of the bathrooms was constantly blinking, so we used the mirror light, but it was also not securely hung, it seemed like it could fall at any time. There was a lack of common sense, basically simple things that need to be fixed urgently. Another important point that everyone should consider is that it is an apartment building and there will be a lot of noise, because the soundproofing is very poor. We had neighbors who had several parties, so the children had a hard time sleeping in their room, and in the mornings you will constantly hear the sounds of the neighbors raising their metal blinds. To have private underground parking is big plus and perfect for hot days, but the entrance to it is very narrow over several floors and very inconvenient, it takes a long time, so we often left the car right in front of the building. Nevertheless, overall we were really satisfied with the price-quality ratio.

The apartment was spacious and cool. Clean and well kept. The view from the very large balcony was peaceful and relaxing. Pool area was also very nice.

− The street it is located in needs a lot of clearing up, pavements are broken and a lot of dog owners do not clear up after their dog. The local community need to either pick up after their dogs or complain loudly.

El apartamento está genial, amplio, cómodo, con una terraza muy grande en una urbanización tranquila muy cerquita del Puerto de la Duquesa y con una situación estratégica para visitar las mejores playas de Manilva y los puntos de interés de la zona. Andrés muy amable durante toda la estancia resolviendo pequeños inconvenientes sin mucha importancia.

− La rampa del garaje es un poco complicada y hace falta maniobrar en cada curva.
