10.0What I liked most about the resort was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was approachable and willing to help, which made the stay enjoyable. Their attitude was warm and welcoming.

10.0A professional and respectful. The staff handled check-in smoothly and were helpful whenever I needed assistance. They made me feel comfortable during my stay.
− A small improvement would be paying more attention with guests after requests are made. Even so, the overall hospitality was very good.

− Rooms were not clean and lots of broken items definitely need upgrades. We booked both the tents and tree house for our Family. Paid $92 per night tent which should have been like $30 we rented where else and no privacy. There's also stain on the comforter.

− The tent is very small compared to the price and facilities is not clean enough and no have Toothbrush , hair comb, Toothpaste.
