This isn’t a boutique experience and place isn’t ran super well.
4.0The pool was nice and the rooms are sized well. The view is also great.
− Shower head was broken, no hot water in the shower, no filtered water easily accessible. Restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner all weekend, and I wasn’t informed until after check-in.

5.0La habitación en la que nos quedamos fue espectacular y las instalaciones en general son muy chulas, todo el personal es muy agradable
− Cuando llegamos tenían un poco de descontrol, y al darnos nuestra habitación aún estaban las cosas de los anteriores, tuvimos que esperar más de una hora que nos dieran la habitación, varias veces tuve que solicitar el agua caliente para una ducha y siempre decían que ya estaba solucionado cuando no era así, no había casi nada del menú, e incluso por la noche se equivocaron y entraron en nuestra habitación, una pena… Sobre todo por lo que nos ha costado esta habitación no merece la pena
