− No responsible staff at Restaurant to attend. Only Bengali were there. One staff member took my phone call for tea. After half an hour, I tried again for tea. Another guy has attended. Said OK. After 10 minutes one guy informed me that no tea was there. Pathetic response. AC remote was an old one.
Clean and good, big room
9.0Good hotel, with a bar nearby, all staff really friendly. I Highly reccomend this hotel. Possible Late Check out. Big room.
− Breakfast was not good, only Toast Bread, no water, only watermelone juice or Tee or coffee.
Enough for one night stay.

− Toilets not very clean. Had no toilet paper. Hand towels was very worn out.
