9.0Lovely beach location and facilities. Great welcome and looked after by Keevsha. The body massage was one of the best I had by Pasida and the rooms were kept clean with plenty of towels by Janidu. The buffet breakfast was great and extensive and the service there was really good.
− Some of the waiting service was slow particularly in the pool side cafe. Not quite a 5 star hotel. The buffet dinner was good but some of the desserts should be kept in a cold or refrigerated cabinet as they were melting.

− Le restaurant le midi, le service est à revoir, bien trop long entre 2h00 et 2h30 passé à table alors que le restaurant comptait à peine une dizaine de couvert,

10.0The staff are all absolutely amazing. They are so welcoming and happy to help. A special thanks to Suvalashan who looked after us so well in the restaurant, along with the other staff. Thanks to the hotel for arranging decafinated coffee for me, the only hotel of 7 that we stayed in that managed to organise it. It was greatly appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. They kindly updated us for our anniversary with a beautiful sea/pool view and a lovely cake. We'd highly recommend a stay here.
