OK for what we needed. Comfy bed after a concert at Piece Hall.
6.0Location was excellent. Two minutes walk to town. Parking in the streets around or in the nearby multi-storey.
− The flat could do with a coat of paint. Sun blinds were worn.

6.0Good location. Doors into the property were secure. The room itself had adequate facilities and was clean but no ambience. We were glad we were only staying for one night.
− One toilet between 3 rooms (up to 6 guests) was inadequate. Decoration throughout the building was very tired and there were some holes in the walls. The window blinds were broken. There was no attempt to make either the building or the room itself welcoming. No pictures on the walls, no sidelights. There was a lot of bird poo on the windows. The rules and regulations were really off putting and not at all welcoming.

− Didn't get the codes for entry, no reply from host had to contact booking.com Eventually got codes from manager at 4pm who wasn't particularly friendly on the phone. When I stripped the bed in the morning it was heavily stained and quite dirty.
Punk Rock Weekend
8.0The location is ideal for parking and right on the door step of the town centre, as we were going to the Piece Hall for a concert this was the ideal place to stay, within a 15 minutes walk of everything we'd need.
− As I'm slightly disabled being on the top floor flat was a bit of hike, but would not put me off using this again. If you have major problems with stairs I would recommend that you ask for a bottom floor room.
