Dirty, old, not taken care of
2.0Location is central to Barrantes town. The host was responsive and provided clear directions on how to access the unit.
− Booking.com reviews failed us on this one. We usually check reviews and they were good for this property so we went ahead with the booking. The unit was dirty - the floor was sandy and sticky. We swept twice but it was still bad. Bathroom design was terrible - turn on the shower and the whole bathroom gets soaked. The shower head holder was faulty - when I turned it on it leapt out of the socket and hit me on the head. The sofa was stained and the cushions didn’t fit properly. Dining room chairs also stained and the tabletop dirty. Nothing by way of facilities in the kitchen except a very old microwave. A few bits of mismatched cutlery. Cupboards had some old hardened coffee - clear no one has cleaned this unit in a while. We have been staying at different units every night while walking the Camino, and this is by far the worst unit we have stayed in. Which is really sad because all other units have been good, and quite a number spectacular.

Bien pero faltan detalles
7.0El apartamento es espacioso. Cuenta con varias habitaciones y 2 baños. La entrada fue fácil y cómoda, no tuvimos ningún problema. No pudimos aparcar en la puerta pero alrededor siempre había algún hueco. Cocina equipada con muchos utensilios. Había muchas toallas. Desayunamos en una cafetería cerca y muy bien, muy amables. Es un lugar tranquilo. En general bien, solo falta pulir algunos detalles.
− La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El suelo estaba pegajoso. En el baño no dejaron ni un rollo de papel de higiénico nuevo, había muchos pero ya empezados y no queda muy bien. La ducha un poco incómoda porque se sale todo el agua. Solo había gel de ducha. La televisión era minúscula pero bueno, no importa mucho.
