1.0I was highly disappointed with the management. After booking online, I called the hotel management to confirm and keep my reservation. When I arrived in Abuja, I called again to inform them that I was on my way to the hotel. However, upon getting there, I was told that there were no rooms left available. I must say I was very disappointed with the staff and the way the situation was handled.

− I was charged N30,000.00 which is a different amount from what I booked on the app. This is an integrity issue with the hotel management.

8.0The staff that received us was helpful,Her personality was welcoming. She wasn't saying too much but sufficient to our request, even when she didn't have a sure answer, she promised to follow up and return to us. She did well her name is Favour
− The first room presented was a single. It was an eye sore,bedding, space etc.Hence,we requested another room view
