I booked one stay but after contacting the owner he moved us to another stay which is far away from.

− I booked one stay but after contacting the owner he moved us to another stay which is far away from the one we selected. I selected the stay based on the accessibility to the city center and the location and view but now we got entirely different hotel all the way and it's not even the same name of the hotel. I don't know what if something happens then how the insurance or the police proofs and other stuff works because my account says I booked in a hotel but I'm staying in different hotel.

10.0One of the best homestay in whole munnar, Owner is very friendly, he has his own car we can book and roam around munnar He is very polite and has very good knowledge about munnar He explained everything about each place and view point I don't know why there are fake reviews about this Guys you should go for it honestly they also have keep facilities 10/10 for stay, recommendations and hospitality The owner also suggested us a stay in kochi Helped us to catch a bus
Dont choose ammu cottage, very worse to stay.
1.0− Cottage is very far from town. No car parking and non accessable shopping. It is suitated in Remote area. As mentioned in Booking.com, the facility is very bad. They provided me 2nd floor for staying. I didn't agreed and asked to refund my advance. They didn't return the advance and very aragonet behavior.

− Rooms are not maintained well..booked big space rooms..but he didn't give that...gave it to somebody else..and most imp thing is it's not for family..only bachelors can go..an way for stay is also tough.. it's very steep for 400 m..
