− The outside approach wasn't great but apart from that it all worked out well and appreciated everything inside.

Pros Good location. Generally clean inside Big enough for two couples - en-suite and bathroom. Lots of space Comfortable bed and pillows in main room Quite location Cons Better directions required - address says no 14 but this is not clear when arriving. No kerbside appeal - wouldn’t have booked on outside view. Needs cleaning up outside. Mattress in second room too soft as it dips in middle so that’s where you have to sleep. Not acceptable for two people. Too personal to owner. Too many Personal effects around Had to wash plates and cutlery before I could use them No pizza tray or pizza cutter Need better organisation of cutlery draw - having to search for required utensils - not adequate pans. Again too personal for owners use. Light bulb in lounge not working in tall lamp No table mats for dining table Furniture not comfortable enough to lounge in after a long day walking around Lounge windows not able to open Need to say it’s the top floor so three flights of stairs to climb. Not good for pensioners or people with limited mobility Wouldn’t return

Artsy, cosy, sparkling-clean hideaway near a lovely bit of Margate

Such a lovely flat, beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of water pressure in the shower! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. A very comfortable stay.

− The toilet in the second bathroom needs a bit of attention; it tends to run on when flushed, and the seat is on a bit crooked, which leads to a fright when it 'chunks' down when sat upon! Those are small niggles though, this is a beautiful flat and we would happily stay again.
