Fantastic cosy quirky little apartment
10.0Loved the location at the bottom end of town as it was downhill all the way home when exploring. Sonia was most helpful with recommendations for bakery and supermarket and very prompt to help me when I forgot my keys one day and was locked out. The apartment was tiny but delightful and I loved looking out my window to see and hear people coming and going through the city gate. Double glazed windows meant it could be quiet. Cute feminine decor and I loved coming home to it all the time. Bed was firm but not uncomfortable and the microwave and fridge were all I needed. It was up a set of stairs which might not suit everyone but I loved my stay here- felt like coming home each time I returned.
− Could have done with a little table to put the electric kettle on as the power points were all low to the floor, but a small point.

10.0The room was perfectly located in the city, so cute and with a nice ceiling fan for the warm nights. Sonja (our host) was the absolute best host. As we arrived by train, she picked us up at the station and even drove us to our next location. Simply a masterclass of hospitality, can’t recommend this enough, the host went aboye and beyond to help us. This is the place to stay in Spello

Perfect location. The apartment, while quaint, could do with some improvements.
6.0Location is the main great feature of the apartment, close to everything in Spello. The host Sonia was friendly and very helpful.
− The bed was small and up against a wall, making mobility difficult. The bathroom was small and a bad smell coming from somewhere inside it.
Exceptional
10.0I highly recommend Monica's place without a doubt. It was an experience being in Spello, but it was also an experience being in the apartment in itself - I felt like a princess. Monica is also the loveliest of hosts and will always be available to help during your stay. This was my first time travelling alone and she made sure I had everything I needed. Grazie Monica... until next time!
