Good size room, communication with staff very good.

− Wi-Fi didn’t work which meant we had no Tv in room as it was a smart Tv , not handy when I had 3 young kids with me. Cleanness in bathroom and kitchen not very good, understand it’s a shared house but as a cleaner myself that should be cleaned everyday for hygiene purposes. I messaged the owner and they messaged back saying Wi-Fi would be fixed the next day , it wasn’t fixed. Also messaged for bathroom to be cleaned , they said a member off staff will be sent out in the morning to do it , task wasn’t completed.

− didn't use the accommodation. I am appalled beyond measure due to the below things . 1. The description of property listing never mentions it as shared bathroom . 2. Safety of the place is questionable. We had a random person walking in and trying different keys to enter another room . 3. There were random people peeping into house and as if trying to enter the house. Over all I never felt safe or comfortable in the property and had to leave immediately. I was forced to make last minute arrangements resulting in financial loss and mental peace . This is not the experience I would like to have with a baby.

The beds where comfortable

− Nothing the guy down stairs was horrible wiping his b*m on a flannel and chucked it round around.the bathroom
