− A zár fel volt törve, és a szobát valaki használta, koszos volt az ágy és a fürdő. Személyzet nem volt (kóddal kellett bemenni), a megadott telefonszámok nem működtek. El kellett hagynunk a szállást.

Horrible. The photos were out of date. The building was out of use and locked
1.0I had a horrible time. The building was locked. It took over an hour to get in Lots of problems with faulty access gate. They asked for ID by email expressly against booking.com advice I have made full verbal complaint by phone yo booking.com and had no response back. I want a refund of £132 from you or them.
