6.0Goede locatie. De goede dingen van daarvoor zijn jammer genoeg teloor gegaan (zie hieronder).
− Er werd enorm moeilijk gedaan over de prijs via Booking. Er was ook een vochtgeur in de kamer (het was de eerste maal dat ik in het regenseizoen ging). Niet mogelijk om in het restaurant te eten (enkel het duur buffet). Allemaal verbazend want ik verbleef in het verleden steeds in het hotel en had altijd goede ervaringen, maar nu heeft het toch aan kwaliteit ingeboet.

8.0The place in itself is very beautiful, the rooms are very nice and spacious, the pool area is great, the patio is very beautiful. The personnel of the reception is very helful and on point.
− As I arrived my room had no towels. The personnel of the bar and restaurant are less efficient and not trained.

8.0J'ai aimé l'hôtel , l'accueil , le service des serveurs. Ils sont vraiment adorables . Un petit coucou à Mr Antoinne et à la serveuse très courte dont j'ai pas retenu le prénom parce-que je l'appelait affectueusement "Cousine"
− Le service des femmes de ménages. Tu dors elles viennent taper pour réveiller parce-que elle veut nettoyer. Pourtant elles doivent se conformer aux clients . Quand le client ne sera pas dans la chambre elles viendront nettoyer
