− Cannot control the ac temperature. The flush had a bit of issue for the first 2 days and as it was weekend no solution was availed.

9.0Self check-in worked without any problems, the staff was very helpful during online communication. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is also very quiet, perfect for a business trip.

The personnel-free reception process did not work well for us.
5.0It was in Cham near friends, so was convenient for us.
− Finding the right car park and getting through the personnel-free reception process took us one hour. Some customers who had managed to work it all out kindly helped us. Not clear why our passport needed to be photographed and stored, we have not previously had to submit like this when using Booking.com. The room was a corner room with one side of the double bed up against the wall.
