− O café da manhã não tinha produtos básicos como iogurte, pão de queijo, granola. A qualidade de muitos itens não era satisfatória (suco aguado, café fraco, frios de baixa qualidade). Em alguns dias, a equipe demorava muito na reposição de itens que acabavam. A tapioca era ofertada em dias alternados. Também havia muitas moscas pequenas sobre os alimentos que ficavam expostos sem proteção. Nosso quarto com vista para o jardim não passava segurança, pois a fechadura da porta da varanda estava quebrada.

צוות מצוין, אך בעיית הנמלים והחרקים בחדר, שלא נפתרה לאורך כל השהייה, פגעה משמעותית בחוויה
3.0צוות המלון היה אדיב, נחמד ותמיד ניסה לעזור. בכל פעם שפנינו בנוגע לבעיה בחדר, הם הגיעו במהירות, ניקו וריססו וניסו למצוא פתרון. גם המיקום של המלון היה מצוין.
− לצערנו, כבר מהיום הראשון לשהותנו התמודדנו עם בעיית נמלים חמורה בחדר. למרות שהצוות ניקה וריסס את החדר מדי יום, הבעיה לא נפתרה. מצאנו נמלים במקלחת, על המיטה, על הרצפה, על המגבות ואפילו על החפצים האישיים שלנו. בנוסף לנמלים, היו גם חרקים נוספים בחדר. הרגשנו לא בנוח לישון, משום שהתחושה הייתה שהחרקים נמצאים בכל מקום. התאכזבנו במיוחד מכך שלאחר מספר ימים שבהם היה ברור שהריסוסים אינם פותרים את הבעיה, לא הוצע לנו לעבור לחדר אחר. באחת הפעמים שבהן פנינו לקבלה, נאמר לנו: “לפחות יש פחות נמלים מפעם קודמת”. מבחינתנו זו לא הייתה תגובה הולמת, משום שבחדר במלון לא אמורות להיות כלל נמלים או חרקים. המלון מדורג בציון גבוה מאוד, ולכן ציפינו לרמת ניקיון ותחזוקה גבוהה יותר. ניקיון הוא הדבר החשוב ביותר עבורנו, ובסופו של דבר חוויית האירוח נפגעה משמעותית.

10.0Realmente nos sorprendió para bien. Mejor que en las fotos. La ubicación inmejorable. La limpieza un 10. El desayuno espectacular, mejor que en muchos hoteles. Casero, fresco y variado. Sin dudas lo mejor de la posada, su personal. Grace, Larissa y Mabel fabulosas, muy atentas, alegres y siempre predispuesta para ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. Sin dudas, volveríamos!
