10.0Casa extraordinária! São 4 suítes gigantes, todas com ventiladores, roupa de cama e banho. Apesar de no anúncio informar que não possui churrasqueira, há uma churrasqueira no local — apenas sem grelha fixa. Conversamos com a dona Rosa, que mora ao lado e é responsável pelo espaço. Uma senhora extremamente gentil e sorridente, que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Ela nos emprestou uma grelha que atendeu perfeitamente. A casa é toda equipada e muito confortável. Todos os quartos possuem redes, e além das camas de casal, 3 suítes ainda contam com cama de solteiro. O espaço é cercado por inúmeras árvores frutíferas: aproveitamos mangas, muita água de coco, além de limão, acerola e mamão. Ficamos simplesmente encantados! Outro diferencial é que a casa oferece água mineral e bebedouro com água gelada. A cozinha é completíssima, muito além do que precisávamos: forno elétrico, fogareiro, freezer e diversos utensílios. A decoração é linda, com iluminação aconchegante que deixa tudo ainda mais especial. E para completar, a localização é maravilhosa, de frente para a lagoa e com três estruturas de barracas bem próximas. Uma experiência inesquecível!

6.0The house has huge potential - it’s big, spacious, with a garden and, most importantly, right by the Cauipe lagoon. However, it does require more attention, better cleanliness (bedding, towels, pool), and a few upgrades. The communication with the owner is great, he’s very helpful. If you want to stay right at the spot for a small budget, this place is perfect.
