10.0Die Stadt Stade ist mit den alten Gebäuden und der niedlichen Innenstadt sehr schön und wir waren noch in Cuxhaven und haben das erste Mal Ebbe und Flut erlebt und natürlich die Unterkunft war richtig toll und sauber.
Excellent stopover in comfort for bike touring.
9.0Secure bike storage in a room next to the underground garage. Excellent location in the Altstadt but very peaceful. Spacious apartment, tastefully furnished. Having a washing machine was an absolute treat for 2 grubby cyclists who’ve been on the road a while. Detailed communications from the host were helpful. For the space, this was very good value. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops only moments away. Stade is definitely worth a visit
− Minor comment. The shower room is small compared to the rest of the apartment. Getting into the shower was a bit awkward and it’s base moved. I would worry about a leak if I owned the flat.

9.0Angekommen - wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist eng aber notwendig. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Innenstadt Stade ist schwierig. Vom Standort aus ist alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir haben uns im Stader Refugium sehr wohl gefühlt😊
8.0Eine gut ausgestattete FW. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es kann alles zu Fuß abgelaufen werden😊 Hervorheben möchten wir, dass in dem kleinen Bad verhältnismäßig viel Ablagefläche ist....und viele Haken zum Aufhängen 🤗
− Es gibt nur zwei Dinge die nicht geändert werden können: die sehr kleine Dusche und der beengte Tiefgaragenstellplatz🫣

8.0Top-Lage direkt im Zentrum. Alles kann man fußläufig erreichen. Schönes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht.

8.0Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll, tolles Ambiente, alles vorhanden was man so braucht.
− In der Wohnung war es sehr kalt. Alle Heizungen auf max. Stufe (17 Grad). Nur durch den Kauf eines Heizlüfters unsererseits war es möglich, dort zu sitzen um z. B. TV zu schauen. Der vorhandene Erker ist aus baufachlicher Sicht sehr schlecht isoliert und zieht so die Wärme aus dem Wohnraum. Hier besteht ein dringender Handlungsbedarf. Tägliches Trockenlegen des Bereiches unter den Erker Fenstern erforderlich. Dort hat sich viel Wasser gesammelt. Stockflecken oberhalb der Fenster vorhanden. Es wäre schade um die tolle Wohnung, wenn dort gravierende Mängel zum Qualitätsverlust führen würde.
