Nice cozy base to enjoy the outdoors
10.0Great location, right at the foot of the Watkins path and opposite a lovely lake. We were experiencing a heatwave when we were there but the property was nice and cool. Just what we needed after a day hiking.
Great location but the cottage was so disappointing that we cut our stay short.
3.0Location was great
− There was confusion over which cottage we were in. The cottage was not up to our expectation. It was shabby and depressing. There were few opening windows and it smelt musty when we first arrived.
Snowdania Watkin path
10.0It's a very nice cottage. Perfect location for hiking the Watkin path.No even 5 minutes from the cottage. Parking outside the cottage or along the road. About 10 minutes in a car to Beddgelert. It's good for family or friends. I definitely recommend it and will be going back there.
Magical from beginning to end.
9.0Superb location. Great walks just 300m from door! Easy access into nearby Beddgelert either walking or driving. We really liked this village. Cottage was Very very clean, well equipped and very warm. Owner (Anthony) was lovely: so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
− Everything was as it should be. Liked the character of the place. charging for wifi was unexpected, but £3 per night was not too bad.
