10.0The flat is located in a quiet place near Delta. The owner was beneficial and hospitable. The flat was clean and had new furniture in good condition. The central heating was not working but the airconditioner worked well and I did not feel any discomfort. WiFi also worked well.

10.0Excellent location, very pleasent host and welcoming apartment situated close to the two best malls in Banjaluka: Mercator and Delta. It takes 10-15 min easy and nice walk to the very center. The place is clean and well organised, plenty storage space. The area is conveniently positioned and close to everything while peacefull and quiet at nighttime. Worked great for me and I will certainly be booking it again next time I am in town.

10.0Wonderful apartment in the very center of the city in a new building in a good area. The most important shopping centers and parks are within walking distance. The owner is a wonderful person, he greeted us, helped with things, gave advice on navigating the city and was always in touch. About the apartment - it simply has everything you need to be happy, wonderful interior, quiet surroundings and everything at an extremely good price
