8.0المكان نظيف و في وسط البلد ومحاط بكافة الخدمات والاسواق ويجمله حسن استقبال المضيفين رغم ان المكان بيت قديم للعائلة تحويله لمكان لاستقبال النزلاء و الاثاث لاباس به والافطار متواضع المكان جيد
− عدم وجود مواقف للسيارات عدم وجود مصاعد الدور الثاني متعب على كبار السن لايوجد عزل للاصوات بين الغرف وكذلك ضجيج بالخارج ا
