7.0How I could be disappointed in so many things and also say I would stay here again, is wild... This cabin completely served its purpose for my family. It was just what we needed for a family of 7! Keep your expectations low and it will also serve its purpose for you. The good... *Location is wonderful! Minutes to the beach and town. *Fits a billion people! (I called it, "the cabin of 400 beds") The bunks are SO much fun for kids. *Kitchenette! *Fire pits, grassy area to play in, and an outdoor water source to hose sand off kids (or clean fish)! *Picnic table! *Clean cabin! *We were able to check-in in an hour early!
− If you are like me and read ALL the previous reviews this will sound very familiar. The not so good... -When making the reservation through Booking I was given the option to pay when I checked in. I chose that. My card was charged the full price immediately after booking. Sooo that's not actually an option. -The Wi-Fi is garbage. -Beds are pretty terrible. Only kids can survive the bunks without back pain. The double bed made the loudest creaking noise with every movement. The sheets are more like Kleenex and the one singular blanket on each bed was a twin size version of those throw blankets they use to offer on planes. -The kitchenette has a mini fridge for a cabin that can house 12 people but the studio cabin for 4 people has an almost full size fridge. -One frying pan. Next to nothing in the way of cooking equipment. -Virtually no seating. 3 stools. One was broken on arrival and the other two were on their way to the same fate. After 3 texts, one in person conversation, one phone call to the office (to a very nice woman) and 24 hours later, the 1 stool was "fixed". It in fact was not. **Please throw those out before someone gets seriously hurt** -The wood on the porch is rotting. Don't lean on the railing. -The dresser that is kind of a counter and also holds utensils and your clothes (you can't make this up), is strange. A second seating area would have been more beneficial. Like I said, we would stay here again. I would be better prepared for a future visit now that I know exactly what to expect. We had family in 2 other cabins. One studio and one two bedroom. They all served their purpose and were pretty okay. It works well for multiple families traveling together and as long as you aren't expecting luxury you'll be fine. *Photos were taken right before we left. I had stripped the beds.**
average or below average. staff was nice and cleaning staff was kind but to many excuses.
6.0nothing to me was outstanding
− small bathroom, loud fan in bathroom, no fans to circulate air in cabin
Would recommend staying here. Great location if you are fishing.
9.0We stayed in cabin 15. We had some problem with the inserting the door lock code. Spoke with office staff and they sent someone over to take care of the problem. Our cabin was very clean and well appointed. The kitchenette was equipped with full size oven / range with microwave. Definitely would stay again.
− Larger tv in living room. The tv in the bedroom was very awkward.
Wonderful
10.0The cabin was reall cozy and had everything you would need for cooking. It’s walking distance to ocean shops and restraunts

10.0The cabin was spotless. The bed was super comfortable. It was easy access to boardwalk shops and charters. It was a cozy but airy studio. The cabin facilities were excellent. I loved the huge jetted tub (plenty of hot water) and the wall fireplace added ambiance. Adirondack style chairs on the porch.
− A couple small things to consider: No teapot for hot water. Bed was far from the ceiling fan so for warm days may be nice to have an option of an oscillating fan. Pet policy allows dogs but not cats.

9.0You can walk over the hill to the beach. The water is cold but there are some waves that you could do some body boarding in. There is a good sized kitchen with a stovetop to cook on. There is also fire pits. It’s small but very cute.
− There is not a lot of hot water for the place rooming 6 people. We did run out and had to take some Luke warm type showers.
