10.0Appartement tout neuf très bien équipé. Une place de parking devant l'immeuble. De bons conseils pour le repas. Un accueil chaleureux.

8.0La struttura era nuova, ben tenuta, con tutte le comodità (in bagno ganci e mensoline, phone...) che si vorrebbero avere. Il letto della mia stanza era comodo, quello della stanza con vista giardino "cigolava" a detta di mio fratello. Ci hanno fatto trovare 1 bottiglia di acqua a camera. Gli spazi comuni ottimi, iper-attrezzati con macchinetta x caffè, cialde, the e tisane, fette biscottate, merendine, cucina, forno microonde. Non l'abbiamo usata (la cucina) ma mi è sembrata molto attrezzata. Un posto macchina (su strada) è riservato all'appartamento ma non sembra difficile trovare posto.
− Unica pecca (mi dispiace che alla proprietaria questa critica non "ci cali pi nenti") che abbiamo trovato è il climatizzatore, posizionato accanto al letto, lato testa. Nonostante alette alzate al massimo, flusso al minimo, uso da deumidificatore con temperatura addirittura +1, quando siamo andati a dormire lo abbiamo dovuto spegnere. Non c'era troppo caldo ed abbiamo comunque dormito bene con i vetri aperti e le serrande abbassate. Un po di rumore dalla strada ma non eccessivo. La mattina seguente la proprietaria mi ha detto che avevano già ordinato i deflettori per ovviare al problema e che non era stato possibile tecnicamente posizionare il climatizzatore altrove.

9.0Struttura semplice e ben organizzata. Pulita e completa di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Tipologia camera con zona giorno comune. Posizione centrale e semplicità di parcheggio.
− L'aria condizionata nella nostra camera era proprio in direzione del letto.

10.0L'appartamento e la nostra camera molto belli e spaziosi! Tutto arredato e armonioso nei colori e nello stile ma anche profumato e sempre pulito. La signora Marisa è stata sempre gentilissima, molto accogliente e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno 😍
