− 私はこんなに環境衛生がひどい宿泊施設を見たことがありません。入口から入った瞬間、すぐにゴミの臭いがしました。館内はゴミやホコリだらけで、多くの場所で虫や虫の死骸まで見られました。客室は一応寝られる程度ではありましたが、やはりホコリが多く、飛んでいる虫もいました。浴室には多くのカビが生えており、洗面台にはインスタントラーメンまで残っていました。

I recently stayed at Harmony Hotel Urawa, which has a good location — close to Higashi Urawa Station and within walking distance to many shops and convenient spots. The design and architecture of the buildings are actually quite impressive, both inside and out. The water supply, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning all worked well. Bath and face towels were provided. The staff member I encountered was friendly and tried his best.

− However, the property must be cleaned more often and regularly to meet acceptable health, sanitation, and hygiene standards. The hotel seems to be saving on labor and maintenance, but unfortunately at the expense of the guests' comfort and safety. It was clear that more staff are needed to properly run the hotel. The strict no cancellation policy requires guests to pay online immediately, which feels unfair. There's also a room cleaning fee of 3,000 yen per stay charged separately. Only one room key was provided, even though multiple guests were staying — each guest should receive a key for convenience. The parking fee of 1650 yen per night is excessive.
