Wonderful house for a group
9.0Great house for a group. The tables- both indoor and on the terrace accommodated the group (6). Excellent garage and view. The outdoor terrace with BBQ was a big plus.
− Only one spare roll of toilet paper in one of the 3 bathrooms for a week's booking for 6 people less than appropriate. Advertised access to paddleboards/ kayaks not available - keys ok for padlocks but gates not able to be opened. Not a major issue - but noted. The largest induction pan would not heat up.

10.0The location on Maroochydore River is just perfect. It’s a great spot to catch a fish, and there were plenty! The area was also very quiet. And loved that there were kayaks and fishing rods to use.
− There were no block out blinds on the sliding door in the upstairs lounge so those who slept in the beds in that area were woken up quite early with the light coming in.
In the end, our stay was unforgettable and we loved every moment of it.
9.0When I arrived, I was greeted with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine. It felt very welcoming, and when I opened the door and saw the view, it was amazing. There is so much space - there were 11 people staying here, and it felt like it had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean and spacious, and they provided us with towels and all the basic necessities. Noosa is only a 30-minute drive from the house, which gave us the opportunity to visit the rock pools and stop by the famous Chip and Mix (which was delicious). They also provided a guidebook filled with local things to do, which was very helpful, we ended up choosing three activities from the many options available. Underneath the house, there are stand-up paddle boards and other water equipment that guests are welcome to use, which was amazing.
− The only things to note are that some parts of the house have very poor Wi-Fi, but we didn’t mind as we weren’t on our phones much. The temperature and airflow were also a bit uneven—downstairs can get quite hot because of the brick, while upstairs gets icy cold. However, these were only minor things and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
