9.0The view is magnificent—an incredible expanse of ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Close to restaurants and shops, and plenty of parking lots nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped.
− As mentioned in other reviews, the garbage truck is very loud at night. But it only lasts a few minutes. For this price, you can accept that minor inconvenience.

Wonderful! On the water- great ocean breezes all the time.
9.0Amazing location....right on the ocean. Nice quiet neighborhood- not near the bars and nightclubs.
− On the second floor- have to climb som stairs....but not bad. Parking can be a challenge too. Have to watch and wait a bit for parking spaces to open up.
