7.0The property is in a great location if you want to walk to any restaurants or the river. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Overall was a pleasant stay but you are getting the bare minimum.
− The rooms are cheap so you can’t complain much but here’s a list of some things that could be slightly better: 1. The lady who was always downstairs was friendly but didn’t speak any English which wasn’t very helpful when we wanted information or help with something. 2. The WIFI didn’t work or reach our room which is a bit annoying when trying to book or plan things for the future. 3. There was nowhere to refill your water bottle but you get a free small water bottle per day if ask. 4. There is no room service but again the rooms are cheap so it’s fair enough I guess.

It is fine and so so. Nothing remarkable. Yet, for this price, I can't complaint much.
7.0The location is in the city right near the river so it is convenient to find. No breakfast though!
− The room needs extra effort to clean and keep the smell good. They should use some fragrant to make the room smells better.

10.0Good location, very friendly staff, they are ready to help you with everything - motorbike rent - 6 usd per day, bus tickets, everything. I had a great staying. Thank you very much to my new friends!

5.0Was ok decent place for one night.
− Very steep stairs wood and metal railing. Not safe at all if going up with luggage. There is no elevator. I cut my toe deeply from the stairs. Very unpleasant
