− There was leakage at multiple locations in the washroom and the hot water is available only till 1 pm

if going with friends & need place to sleep overnigh , this is good.
4.0Wifi Not working in the Rooms, No Set top box in economy room, no entertaimnet for kids, its a home converted to guest house, no sufficent parking place, if you go in big cars, need to park 500 mts away from Rooms, No staff , Owner will only take care, as a person Owner is cooperative, No credit card facility at the place.
− No inhouse restaurant , no TV for entertainment, in the same cost or little extra we can get other good options if you are travelling with Family,

10.0The hospitality was on point. Check in and check out is quite flexible. Loved the cleanliness in the property. Services are very good. And the cherry on the cake was the amazing breakfast the owner makes!
− There's notihing to not like about the property as it is located very very close to the panchgani market, theres also a taxi stand close by and a medical clinic next door in case of emergencies.
