The upgrade suited my expectations
7.0Breakfast was well presented. The location was good, the grounds well presented. There was a mix-up with the booking, but the hotel offered an upgrade for the booked rate.
− The place could do with an upgrade of some of the facilities/items. "Luxury" rooms could do with coffee/tea provisions

8.0The garden was nice. The room was spacious and clean. Initially breakfast was served too late, as I had to go for meetings early. Breakfast buffet was good.
− Most of the attendants at the restaurant were initially not very friendly, busy with their mobile phones. This improved during the second week.
