It was clean but basic, good location for train and Herculaneum....

− We weren't told it was up 3 flights of broken stones steps, and I have a mild disability, Bursitis in my hip, so I struggle with stairs.. the ceiling upstairs in the property is rounded and I am tall and banged my head..also the cream marble stairs in the property tend to blend in and is easy to miss a step,,I fell twice.. there should be some tape on bottom step..there is no blind on main bedroom little window, so gets light early and hard to sleep..everything was basic..no Smart TV.. so when resting in evening the TV couldn't go onto English channels..we were told there was no towels..and had to buy towels....there is no lighting in the outside hallway, and we saw a switch and tried to turn lighting on, but it was a doorbell....Also no clear directions to how to get there.. no outside sign which is unusual, we were told by an elderly neighbour where to go... It's not the best place....you get what you pay for... But it was clean, which is the main thing. I struggled so much with the stairs.. I wish they had said in there advert that it was at the top of a building with curved ceilings and no bedroom blinds. Also shower doesn't fit in the holder..kept falling because it was broken... We wouldn't book here again.

Большая просторная квартира, есть все, как дома.

− Соседка, которая поджидала меня когда я выйду, чтобы предупредить, что у них ребенок, и чтобы я не шумела. Я жила одна и почти не бывала в квартире. При том, что этот ребенок орет и они на него орут, но это слышно только в подъезде. А с улицы доносился шум транспорта, в магазинах чем-то гремели. У кого сон тревожный, может мешать.

The house was very spatious and located at floor 3. Having a lift was really handy. The view form the spacious balcony is unreal. It was very please to see the rooms had shutters for windows which meant you could make them as dark as wanted at night.

− Very minor thing, but you can hear the neighours from above, special if they move stuff around. This is probably mainly due to the solid concrete floring, from what we can tell this seems to be the norm in Italy.

Photos flatter a deficient flat in a very tatty, run-down town

It was clean, serviceable and close to the shops and Herculaneum. Bunches of old toothless people with old-world charm sitting around chatting.

− There was only one window which one could look out of. The main bedroom had one low window in a corner without a curtain to block out the light.The other bedroom had no window but a grill to let in air from the landing. There was no washing machine or towels available as shown in the website photos. There was no kettle to boil water, just pans. Inadequate supply of light bulbs. The photos of the neighbourhood were really flattering, for the streets were strewn with rubbish and with only narrow pavements which were blocked by tacky shops putting out their plastic junk. The local people had no pride in their town, the neighbours screamed at each other, and were quite crude, shouted 'cazzo!' (dick) and a woman had the English F-word knitted into her jumper.

Ubytovanie bolo čisté a pekné. Komunikácia so Salvatorom bola bezproblémová a príjemná. Check-in a check-out prebehol hladko vzhľadom na to, že sme kľúče vyzdvihli z bezpečnostnej schránky. S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní a určite by sme ho odporúčili.

− Jediná vec, ktorá nám vadila, boli odpadky a celková nečistota v rámci Ercolana, čo nám celkovo kazil dojem z tejto časti. Vedeli sme, že okolie Neapola má problém s odpadmi, ale toto nás celkom prekvapilo. Avšak, samotné ubytovanie bolo skvelé aj keď sa nachádzalo v danej lokalite.
