− Do not book this property!! I don’t know if there was an error on the app but when I booked it had good reviews since then it seems to have updated I booked this for me and my friend to stay at for a gig. We got there at around 4pm on the day of the gig running a little late so I didn’t check the app for instructions of how to get into the property etc but have always had good experiences using booking.com so didn’t think to prior to getting out the car Me and my friend walked to what we presumed was the property in the middle of Wolverhampton in the pouring rain to find it wasn’t there?! I called the host and they said it should have been taken down by the app and isn’t available. No apology, no recommendations of where to go instead. I found this very bizarre as I booked the property a week in advance and the host never contacted me and on speaking to another host that I had to book with on the day they said they get a notification within 30mins of booking! The only good thing is I when through customer services on booking.com and they are issuing me a full refund and the person I dealt with through the app was very helpful and polite

I booked the apartment on getting to the apartment he said its not more available that booking.com made a mistake by listing it and he assured us of full refund, until now no refund and he is no more picking my calls and responding to my message.

This was so bad!! One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. If Booking.Com had anything about them they would remove this as an option to stay! It was dirty, and there was no running hot water, other than in the electric shower! So, not sure how they attempt any kind of cleaning with no hot water. There was a dirty mop in the bathroom which stank the place out! There was a big hole in the door, and going by previous reviews it's been like that for months. The kettle was dirty, so couldn't even have a brew. We had brought food to cook, but wouldn't have risked using any of the facilities due to the lack of hot running water to clean anything. It looked like there was blood on the doorframe of the bathroom. There was, what looked like dried cheese in the microwave! The place was disgusting! There were no towels provided, we had to go and buy some so we could have a shower! They advertise that it has a tv, but it doesnt work, and they mention free WiFi, but dont tell you what the password is! When I tried to call the guy who gave me the key, there was no answer! Do not stay here, cannot emphasise it enough!

Nothing awful service

− I arrived at these apartments in Wolverhampton was staying overnight.there was workmen when I arrived at the entrance.I called the number & it went straight to voice mail.twice to receive a message to say that the cleaners had not been & they was cancelling my stay but will give a full refund.. As you can imagine I was very angry & couldn't get booked into another hotel as they was sold out. If you pay for accommodation you expect to stay in it. the owners need to take a good look at themselves messing people about. Annoyed from London.

Good for one night stay

Location was the best , loads of space.

− It was not clean , bed sheets dirty and table , there was a smell coming into the property from the chicken shop below.

nothing to like ....it was awful

− the entrance to the apartment was disgusting , no lock on the main door as it was broken , smell in apartment was sickening, it was dirty , no heating , bedding wasn't presentable , we had no key initially to get in and couldn't secure door at night , communication with owner was very poor ...DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT
