Nice beautiful area and location of the villa. Overall, we're happy with our stay at this villa, everything met our expectations. Electricity costs will be an additional €35-50 without extreme heat (there are no solar panels, so it will be regular electricity tariff). In general, you can walk to a normal beach in 5-7 minutes, but if you need a good one, then 5-7 minutes by car. The nearest grocery stores in Polis(20-30 min). The bed was generally comfortable, we slept well. The pool is a bit cool, but it's good. You need to understand that you'll have to clean it yourself too. Good parking for 2 cars. Excellent grill area.

− The dishwasher is old, it doesn't clean well, it would have been easier to do it by hand. There are a lot of different insects/slugs, but this will be everywhere in this location i think). Some things in the bathrooms are already worth updating (the shower head in the second bathroom).

Everything was perfect. Upstairs, there were three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms: one bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, and the other with a bathtub in the hallway. Downstairs, there was a toilet. Each bedroom had air conditioning and fans. Downstairs, there was a living room with air conditioning and fans. The kitchen was very well-equipped. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, plates, cutlery, etc. A welcome wine and fruit were a nice touch. The living room had a TV with internet and Netflix. The pool was large and deep, perfect for swimming, and lit at night. Not suitable for small children. On windy days, you'll need to pick up leaves from the pool yourself. There were sun loungers by the pool. There was a table and chairs on the terrace, where you can eat breakfast. There's a sea view from the terrace. There's a covered parking space. Additional information: for a family of four, the electricity fee is 85 euros. The location was great, on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A 5-minute walk to the pebble beach. I recommend the Green Lagoon, a 5-minute drive away. Shopping can be done in a nearby town, a 5-minute drive away, or in the town of Polis. Paphos Airport is about an hour away. Information for owners:

− It would be helpful to know which power switch turns on which lamp. It was a lottery.

Location was quiet and at the edge of town - it is walkable to the restaurants and into Latsi along the beach (but hot :)) Kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The pool was great. Wi-fi worked fine. Great with 3 bedrooms. Very spacious. Key pick-up and communication with the hostess was easy and smooth. There was also a nice plate of fruit and chilled water waiting for us on arrival, which was lovely. Clothes drying rack appreciated. There was also a friendly cat that did its rounds every evening and made us feel welcome :D

− The charge for the electricity use was high. Could have used some info provided in the house about e.g., wi-fi code, trash, when the gardeners were coming. Some construction work next door was noisy during the day, but that is only temporary and not the fault of the villa - the location was otherwise extremely quiet with no road or town noise. Would have been a nice touch with some salt, pepper, kitchen roll, freezer bags etc. available in the kitchen.

I find myself struggling to leave a positive review as I want to keep this little Gem to myself! However I can't help but say how lovely it was. Comfortable, clean, pool is amazing, views excellent and location good, secure and quiet street (as long as it is a quiet holiday you want). You will need a car! The beach within a walk is.....not clean....It's well priced (see below) and it was awful having to leave. Will be coming back. Tina is the best host we have met and we have been coming to Cyprus villas for 20 years!

− Look, it's a villa. You have to do some bits and pieces yourself to make sure your stay is wonderful. It's surrounded by tree's and Bushes, you will need to skim the pool twice a day or it settles on the floor. Likewise we swept the pool surround daily. It only takes a minute. My only "sort of" issue (and it isn't the Villa's fault) is that right in the middle of that wonderful view there is a building site where they are building more villa's. It makes it noisy sometimes but never really bothered us.
