8.0El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, está prácticamente nuevo y la verdad esta bonita la zona, aunque pues algo alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero muy cerca del Centro de convenciones lo que es bueno
− Habíamos pagado por dos camas porque éramos 3 personas y nos dieron una habitación de una sola cama, nos marcaron antes y avisaron la situación y aunque fue un poco decepcionante no hubo problema porque nos pusieron un "camastro". El problema fue cuando el "camastro" que tenía un colchón muy delgado de la nada se rompió, avisamos a recepción desde las 10 am y cuando llegamos a las 9 pm aún no habían hecho nada, habían cambiado de turno en la recepción y al parecer nadie sabía nada ni nos daban una solución. Nos resolvieron hasta las 12 am trayendo otra base de otro hotel, pero porque insistíamos cada 30 min en la recepción. Haciéndonos pasar un rato amargo.

8.0Hotel céntrico, agradable, personal amable, te apoyan con lo que solicites... de verdad el personal muy amable, respetuoso y cordiales 💖
− Pedí estancia con desayuno incluido los 6 días fue el mismo menú! Pero puedo decir que lo paso por alto, lo que si me molestó es la falta de aseo, el pasillo muy sucio, el espejo del baño empañado, las toallas en 6 días solo las cambiaron una vez, no pasaron la escoba en la habitación ni un solo día... de plano el domingo no hicieron absolutamente nada, ni siquiera tendieron las camas! 🤷♀️
