Unterkunft ist in schönen Farben gehalten. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Bequemes Bett. Gute Küchenausstattung.

− Die Aufteilung ist etwas merkwürdig. Ich brauche in der Küche keine Couch und der Esstisch ist in der hintersten Ecke ist ungemütlich im Eingangsbereich gelegen. Vor dem Fenster wäre schöner! Fenster sind unsicher und sehr zugig. Plastikpflanzen dienen zwar der besseren Optik auf Fotos, machen aber die Unterkunft realistisch nicht besser.

Comfortable stay overall. Good location, close to University. Perfect for a few nights stay if you are visiting for work. The apartment was good and clean and quiet even though it was in a busy University area. The communal entrance, corridors and stairs were welcoming, well-lit and generally clean. Good for a budget stay.

− Check-in was a difficult process and complex. One of those systems which ask you to upload an ID online after you had done the payment to be able to get the access codes for the key box. I don't know if it is legal to ask for ID; it is ok if you want to check ID on arrival at check-in if you have a reception or if you meet in-person to hand keys, but asking to upload in an unknown system is weird. Not convenient if you are booking on a day visit and don't have a copy of your Passport with you. On top of that, the system did not work as it did not recognise my licence. Owner/operator on the phone was helpful and communicative, but I had to keep waiting in the cold outside the building until they could resolve the situation in the system and provide me the access code to the key box. The washing machine was mouldy and needed a proper clean; I had to run two rounds of dettol machine cleaning before I could use it. Perhaps owners need to ensure that cleaners do clean the appliances (washing machines) and dry them properly when guests check-out.

IM SOMEONE WHO’S ALWAYS BEEN APPREHENSIVE ABOUT PAYING DEPOSITS FOR PLACES BUT THESE PEOPLE ASSURED ME THAT ID GET IT BACK WITHIN 5-10 DAYS SO I RELUCTANTLY PAID IT IN GOOD FAITH BECAUSE THEY SEEMED LIKE A LEGIT COMPANY…BOY WAS I WRONG!! ITS BEEN 20 DAYS SINCE I PAID THE DEPOSIT AND IVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR WEEKS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY KEPT TELLING TO WAIT AND IT WOULD COME BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. TODAY THEY CALLED ME TO AND THEY’RE SAYING THEY DO NOT OWE ME THE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THERES APPARENTLY “NO RECORD OF ME PAYING A DEPOSIT” EVEN THOUGH I 100% PAID AND WAS SENT THE CHECK IN DETAILS. HOW DID I RECIEVE THE CHECK IN DETAILS IF I DIDNT PAY?? DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE?? IM A SINGLE MOTHER WHO STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY AND THEY’VE COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER WITH THIS. ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND IF YOU ENJOY BEING RIPPED OFF THEN BY ALL MEANS BOOK THIS PLACE.

− JUST KNOW THAT IF YOU PAY A DEPOSIT FOR THIS PLACE, YOU’RE NOT GETTING IT BACK! I LEFT THE PLACE IN GOOD CONDITION AND EVEN WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO RECORD THE WHOLE FLAT TO SHOW THE CLEAN CONDITION THAT I LEFT IT IN TO GUARANTEE ID GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. I HAVE PROOF IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME FOR EVIDENCE OF MY CORRESPONDENCE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IM SURE THESE PEOPLE WILL REPLY ON HERE SAYING THAT IM LYING BUT I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE THAT IS ACTUALLY RELIABLE AND WONT SCAM PEOPLE FOR DEPOSITS.

Location was good.

− I would question value for money. Small bed, gaps in floorboards, kickboards in kitchen not fixed in place, drain in shower was incredibly smelly, sink tap didn't shut off easily as tap spun on its fixings. Lots of little things that once fixed should help.

Great location, well equipped kitchen, clean and although it’s a small apartment it’s ideal for a short stay

− The bed was so uncomfortable so struggled to sleep. The balcony door was hard to open/shut. I didn’t seem to be receiving messages I should have been such as the lockbox code

Horrible! Hot! No customer service!

I did not like this property at all. 30 degree Celsius, representative didn’t help at all!

− Lack of air conditioning and no air flow through apartment. Lack of customer service. Told check in was 4:00, confirmation said 3:00. Don’t even stay. Left and stayed at a different hotel. Horrible!
