8.0Daisy, the hotel manager, was wonderful. She was always here for us and helped us where she could. The food is great! They also made sure to reduce food waste to a minimum which is great, especially in China.
− The cleanliness was unfortunately sometimes not perfect. We continously had some flies (moths?) in the room. Also our food orders were mixed up every morning and you need to show some flexibility in these regards.
Bathroom flood
6.0Location and the one lady working there was quite nice.
− The shower didn't remove the water well, the floor of the entire bathroom was permanently wet. Some of the inside finishings of the building itself were almost raw.
