9.0The fam was super friendly and breakfast and dinner were possible to have at the property for a reasonable price. Food was delicious and the amounts were ample. Couldn't finish even half of it. Beach is a few minutes walk away and the location is somewhat quiet. Went to surf at sk town and bnb did well as an accommodation. Several possibilities to rent a board at the beach. There is a small shop a brief walk away at Matara rd too if needed. Next to it is a small local reastaurant too. Would stay again.
− We got along well and no big misunderstandings were made. At times it was a little difficult to get to understand each other (English).

10.0Lovely family own this place! Rooms are super clean and location is perfect close to the beach! We are a family of 4 people and we had 2 rooms for great price! Highly recommended!

10.0Unbelievable location. 2 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, very helpful and made me feel right at home after 3 days travelling arriving on my first day in Sri Lanka.
