10.0Location less that 2 mins walk to Coolum Beach & Surf club Fantastic restaurants and Beachfront massage within 3-4mins walk Unit has absolutely everything you need, 2 bathrooms, washing machine etc was fantastic. Ted and Utopia staff were very helpful - definitely will stay again 😍
− Shopping centre carpark near unit gets noisy with garbage trucks very early in the morning

8.0The apartment was great, spacious, beautiful decorated and serviced all our needs and a wonderful location
− Unfortunatley the verandah was very dirty, which we had to sweep and hose down. The tables and chairs also needed to be wiped down before sitting on them and the floor rug was filthy.
