− However, the deposit procedure lacks transparency. They don’t automatically send you the final bill after check-out—you have to ask for it. I also strongly recommend checking the bill carefully. This was my second stay here, and for the second time I found extra charges for items I never used. The billing process should be clear and transparent immediately after check-out, not after you’ve already left the hotel and returned to your home country, where resolving these issues becomes much more difficult. I hope the hotel improves this process, as it would make the overall guest experience much better.
